Kathy Karwowski and Kathy Keefe Botterman competed in the International Bodybuilding Federation Inc (INBF) South Shore Natural body building competition. The INBF South Shore Natural was held at Hampton Inn and Suites, 10 Plaza Way, Plymouth, MA 02360 on June 15, 2019.
Kathy Karwowski took 1st in Classic Figure and 4th in Master’s Fitbody. Kathy Keefe Botterman took 5th in Classic Figure.
When they’re not bodybuilding, Karwowski and Botterman take kickboxing classes at Woo Kickboxing of Londonderry. “These women are great competitors! We love our Woo Kickboxing family!!!” – Lisa Irish, Co-Owner of Woo Kickboxing of Londonderry.
