The most challenging Kickboxing/Cardio Fitness class in the Southern New Hampshire area. Our Kickboxing program is not your ordinary cardio kickboxing class. We target the entire body to give you the most maximum workout you have ever experienced. Kickboxing, strength training, core stability enhancement, body sculpting, cardio blasting and so much more. Our program has a Muay Thai Kickboxing base but also adds elements of Western Boxing and American Kickboxing as well. You will learn the basics of Kickboxing but we add calisthenics, plyometric, isometric and body weight exercises to the repertoire.
